Abnormal blood work

The Peds office called at 11:58 and the nurse left a message that Evelyn's blood work from yesterday came back a "titch" abnormal, nothing "life threatening" but that they will call me back monday to go in for more lab work.  The office closes at noon on saturdays so I couldn't even call back.  The nurse said not to worry about it over the weekend....uh...I am worried.  My baby lost 6 oz in 3 weeks even though she seems to be eating well, and abnormal blood work, yup deffinately worrying.  I know I shouldn't be google searching what it could be, but have any of you had a similar experience?
