Bad Parenting Stories?

I was just crossing the street in downtown Boston and I saw a baby in the back seat of a car in an infant car seat. He was probably 10-11 months old. They had the infant car seat facing forward AND he wasn't strapped into it. He was all by himself in the back seat just sitting up and looking around. Then they parked in from of a hydrant! That is definitely the worst thing I've seen. What idiots live in your town?
