Do babies hate green?

DS originally (and begrudgingly) ate pea puree and green bean puree....then suddenly rejected it a couple months ago.  I've tried a few more times since then to no avail.  And I tried spinach puree the other day, only to have him make a total "yuck" face and actually GAG.  Basically, anything green I give him, he hates.

Anyone else have this issue?  Do all babies hate the green stuff?  I'm trying to give him a balanced diet, but he's not cooperating very well.  Any advice you have is greatly appreciated.
