How to stop bottle sleeping?

Hi all, I've been absent for quite some time, but I am having a concern and knew that I could turn to you for advice.

We have gotten into the bad habit of having our son fall asleep with a bottle. He is 10.5 months old and whenever he has a bottle he falls asleep. He doesn't use a pacifier, he loves his bottle like a pacifier. Now I"m just not sure what the best steps are to get him to fall asleep without a bottle, because I'm worried about the health of his teeth

Any tips on how to break the habit would be great!!!!
