How are you ladies getting enough fiber each day? I have been tracking what I eat once a week or so and it seems that I never get enough fiber! I eat fresh veggies and fruits and we only eat whole wheat breads. Today for example this is what I've eatten, but babyfit says it's only 7 grams of fiber!!
Breakfast:
1 poached egg
butter whole wheat toast
strawberries and blueberries
100% cranberry juice
Lunch:
bak choy, napa cabbage, cabbage and carrot stir fry
1/2 chicken breast
1/2 c. brown rice
1 glass of milk
Snack (later)
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 small apple sliced with peanut butter
To me these are normal meals, but I guess I need to find a way to add in more fiber. Any ideas?
