I'm starting to worry...

I'm still nursing Grant to sleep for naps and bedtime. He's also still waking 2-4 times a night and the only way to get him back to sleep is nursing. I am planning on weaning at a year. I've thought about extended nursing, but I'm just ready to be done. So, WTF do I do about naps and bedtime? And what about night wakings. I have a feeling this is gonna be a long and exhaustive process. We've tried CIO and he just freaks the eff out.
