would you let your 10 mo old sleep with a burp cloth/receiving blanket?

My 10 mo old uses a burp cloth or receiving blanket as his paci. He sucks/chews on it. Plus he's teething so I think it feels good. I let him sleep with one during nap, but I've been adamant that he not have one at night due to the risks. Sometimes we let him fall asleep with it and then try to slip it away. Do you let yours sleep with one at night?
