Birthday Party location ideas.

So I have 3 months until my son turns 1.  I can't for the life of me figure out where I should have this party...my house is out of the question -- way too small.  The only other family place would be my parents house but they're remodeling so that's a no go.  I want the feeling of a home birthday party, I feel like fire halls are sort of impersonal.  The party will be the end of October so I don't want to have it outside incase it's cold.  If it helps - I live in the Pittsburgh area (Beaver County).  Where are you having your childs birthday party, if you're doing a fire hall, any way to make it homier feeling?  Any input is appreciated!!!
