Bath Poll

So both of my kids have bad patches of eczema. When I took Callie to the doc on Friday to get her a script for cream, the doctor asked how often I bathe her. Our kids get baths EVERY night. She said soap is drying and if we still want to give her a bath every night only use soap 2x per week. WHAT?!! That seems really icky to me.  What shocked me even more is that she told me she only lets her 7 year old use soap twice a week too, and that water is plenty for cleaning. 

GROSS. I do NOT agree with this at all!  Chloe gets in the shower immediately after school because she is gross when she gets home, not to mention the nasty germs. 

Do you give your LO's a bath every night? Do you always use soap?
