Loading Pictures on Shutterfly

Does anyone else have trouble loading pictures on there? Or is there a trick to it?

I have been trying to up load pictures of DS since he was born and haven't been able to load a single one.

Is there another site like this that might be easier?

The images are jpg like they ask for.

No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
