Help! Fever lasting more than 5 days!

It's day 6 and my 11 month old has been running a fever that is not going away!  It went up as high as 104 and we took him to ER.  No rash, no ear infections, etc.  But he does have pink eye.  Now he's around 100-101.  Anyone expereienced this?  I am soo worried right now!
