Figured I'd start a new thread...
She has good days but the bad ones are real difficult. I did call my pediatrician for some suggestions. She apparently didn't have time because she told me I should call a family therapist. To which my reply was, "she is a 3 and a half yr old who is testing me not a 10 year old breaking into my alcohol or shooting the neighbors dog with a bb gun". I switched docs. I started a behavior chart. When she does a great job listening, helping, etc. she gets a sticker. For every 5 stickers, she can pick a prize out of a prize bag. In it I put some dollar store stuff, sheets of stickers, some random hair bows, (cheap stuff), and even things she's been asking for that I would buy anyway (like new sand toys, flip flops, a pencil sharpener)
I am so sorry to hear Morgan is having a rough time too. It is so hard with both of them, so I feel your pain. The behavior chart is helping a bit.
BTW, I can't wait for school to start in Sept and I don't feel a bit bad about that. LOL
