Just in case, anyone here have arthritis?

I have been having a lot of pain in my fingers.  Like a few weeks ago I picked up a watermelon, no issues, carried it from the store to my car.  Last week I hurt badly trying to pick up a new watermelon, stuck it in my cart and then had to roll it out in the cart to my car and it hurt to lift   Fingers only so I am pretty sure it is not carpal tunnel since that would be wrist.

I mean it could just be overexertion maybe? because a certain 2 yo is quite heavy and still has to be picked up regularly.
