On CD 51, Call the Dr?

Ok girls, I pretty much know that I should call but probably need that push. Before I had DD I was diagnosed with PCOS. I had gone 4 months with out a period so I had to take pills for 9 days (don?t remember the name) to kick start my period again. After that I was getting my period every other month. We easily got pregnant with DD just a few months later. After DD was born my period came back at 8 weeks pp and has been regular up until last month.

 

I am now on CD 51 but yesterday I had signs of O?ing soon and I think I am in the fertile window. I told DH that if by the end of ther week my temps don?t go up I am calling the dr. Should I wait to the end of the week or should I call now rather than wait? I really don?t want to have to do the pills again and I know that as soon as my dr. hears we are trying she is going to want me to do Clomid. She originally said we were going to need it when I found out I have PCOS.
