Moms of 2- tell me about the early days...

So dh and I were talking about what our lives will look like in 3 months (!)- especially with his work hours and we are trying to figure out what kind and how much help we're going to need. 

Advice? When did you need help? What "kind" of help was best- someone to clean? someone to help care for DC#1? a combo? Should I have people scheduled for the first couple weeks? should I get someone to cook?

I just found someone to watch L once a week for a couple of hours- we just started with her and if things keep going well I'm going to keep her on when DS#2 comes- and she said she would be comfortable watching both boys so i can have some "me" time or watching one or the other so I can spend time with the other - but this is a small amount of time (albiet wanted)....
