I just found out LO's father lost his job yesterday. We have not gone to court for custody or CS or anything yet. He wants to care for LO while I work. and would like to still have LO every Sunday. I am going to reply that he can have LO while I work, however inform an EO Sunday (1st and 3rd) I will also let him know that this will take effect 8/1 as I have a provider and need to give 2 weeks notice, unless he wants to pay her the $30/day for the next two weeks.
Does that sound reasonable to you?
How do you think this will effect custody-physical? What about CS?
Any thoughts? Any experience the same/similar?
