What would you serve with this? We had a ton of it left over from my sister's wedding shower and I took some in a ziploc bag and froze. I often make BBQ pulled pork and freeze, so I know it should have freezed fine. It is basically that - shredded beef BBQ I think.

Salt potatos and corn on the cob?
