When will the "no sleep" phase end?

We have been up all night long.

Its been 1 week since DS transitioned from crib to bed, and we have had 0 naps or 30min naps.

Nighttime:  Sleeps then wakes 2x in the middle of the night.  DS though last night was up every hour on the hour.  I gave him Ibprofren and baby oragel, and he still was up.  Snuck into our room, and wouldn't lay down.

Help!
