I know that it does, but right now it just seems like it is so tough.  I am trying to take things one day at a time.  A continues to nurse really well, but it is usually every 1-2 hours during the day (one 3 hour stretch in the afternoon) and every 3 hours at night (he has gone 4-5 hours, but only if he is sleeping on me).  It just makes it so hard to get out and about.  I know that I have to adjust my expectations that we just won't be able to do a ton right now, but it is hard.
