NBR- Lying...

What would you do if a friend of 6+ years lied to you and you caught them? This happend to me last week and i've been questioning whether or not i did the right thing.

This "friend" made up a huge story to get out of plans that she made with me. The lie was so far fetched that i caught her, and when i caught her she continued to lie and say "i can't believe you think i'd lie to you, blah blah blah". Two days later, she finally admitted to making everything up and asked for my forgiveness. I told her that i don't want a friend in my life that could lie to my face over and over and i haven't talked to her since.

Am i wrong to shut her out of my life? What would you do?
