Mismatched nursery furniture

When we planned Stella's nursery I was all about everything matching.  We have a white crib, dresser and book case, complete with white trim and new beige carpet. 

Now with Baby #2 coming, we're in super save mode.  My sister was nice enough to give us my niece's old crib which is a light wood.  We're using the dressers that we already have in there which are a darker brown and we're not planning on painting the trim, which is a meium brown, or getting new carpet, which is blue.  I love Stella's nursery and I'm afraid the mismatched furniture in Junior's nursery is going to really bug me!  I'm sure it will all come together once we start working on it though, right?
