what is everyone serving this week? link/post any interesting recipes you are using!

Mon: black bean burgers on honey wheat rolls w/ baked sweet potato fries and side salads

Tues: the tilapia w/ Greek quinoa recipe Telyco posted last week... we are going to cook the fish on the grill in foil packets w/ some lemon.

Wed: tequila-lime marinaded chicken fajitas w/ corn, black bean and avocado salad

Thurs: DH is working late, so leftovers

Fri: cedar plank salmon w/ orange-soy glaze, steamed broccoli and brown rice

Sat: not sure yet... maybe pork chops?

Sun: chicken sausage and hot dogs on homemade rolls, baked beans, grilled veggie kabobs
