crib danger??

so i have a 13month old who thinks she is some kind of a monkey... im so for real.. at age 10months she figured how to get out of the crib so i looked online for a way to stop it she was way too little for a toddler bed. i found this tots in mind its a net that tightly fits the inside of the crib she cant kick her feet in between the bars and it zips up so she cant get out. its great  however i been hearing some scary stuff about this net but i never had problems ... idk what to do... should i get her in a toddler bed or wait since i never had problems with the net and her?? BTW she just learned to walk about a month ago she still has sea legs...
