Diaper Changing Nightmares

DS is very active and diaper changes have always been a bit of a challenge, lately they have become major temper tantrums.  I don't think that it is ear infection, as he rolls around on the floor and lays down at nap time and at night ok. 

He rolls, kicks, screams.  Even when I try to use my leg to pin him down, it is still a major ordeal.  We have tried distracting him with stuff, but he still wants to roll to his stomach, and crawl away.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Diaper changes shouldn't be a 2 person job!
