crib tumble -eek!

My son has showed no signs of pulling himself up.  Tonight DH put him in the crib so he could shower (I was at work).  Before he could get in he heard "thump".  DS managed to pull himself up and he fell out.  He was on his back and crying.  DH checked him over and he was his usual self.  About 5 mins he was back to his usual antics, laughing, kicking the couch, clapping and moving toward his favorite toys, typical DS stuff.

 So my question, is there anything I should be on the look out for?  He's tired and has since gone to sleep, but I am so nervous.
