Potbelly Sandwiches?

I know it's a chain (google is my friend), but I had never heard of it until today. One just opened down the street from my work and there was a line around the corner. Anyone had a Potbelly Sandwich? Is it worth the wait in line?

I for one hate the name and think restaurants shouldn't have names like potbelly, muffin top, etc, etc.
