Sorry for the PW today.... (House Buying Question)

DH may have found a house for us (we're currently renting) and I really have no where to start. We have a tendancy to do first and ask questions later, and I'm really nervous that we are going to move way too fast on this, especially since it seems like a good deal and we may be able to buy it before it comes on the market. We've been going like gangbusters on our debt and I really don't want to go into any more than we need too. Especially since a lot of it was spending that wasn't well-planned.

 

What do I need to be thinking about/asking?
