Sleep issues FU

So last night was the night.. DS slept in his crib! We rocked him and put him in there asleep as always, but this time when he woke up a few hours later we did not pull him in bed with us. He fussed maybe three times and each time we went to him crib and pat his back for maybe 30 seconds and he fell back a sleep! We had planned to take him out and rock him back down each time but we didn't have to. I am hoping eventually he will just stop waking at all. He woke up at about 6:30 and then I pulled him into bed, nursed him and we went back to sleep for an hour! All and all I count that as a success! No baby pinning me down all night! I hope he keeps this up!
