What size bike w/ training wheels?

Looks like they come in 10-12 inch, 16 inch and 20 inch sizes but which size for a 4yo? I'm thinking the 16 inch but not sure. We are going to buy one this weekend so I will have a better idea once I see them in person but just curious if anyone has one already, what size did you get?
