Almost always sticking out his tongue?

DS has always been one to stick out his tongue sometimes, but over the past couples weeks he has gone raspberry crazy!  If it's not raspberries he's just sticking it straight out and moving it all over.  He's not licking his lips, just has one crazy tongue.  He already has 8 teeth and I think another is almost through.  Is he just liking the feeling of his teeth maybe?  Does anyone else's LO do this nearly all day?  He's smiling when he does it.  I'm not worried, just curious.
