Sample 11 mos old nap/sleep schedules

Hi,

My 11 month old is tending to nap one long nap from 11-1. Does anyone else's kiddo do this, and if so, what are the wake, sleep times. I find that if I try to put him down for an afternoon nap around 4, he's not tired enough, and if I put him down around 5, he's tired, but it's so close to his bed time.
