S/O racism again (kinda)... Hair question?

I wear my hair natural, meaning that I don't have a relaxer.  I LOVE my hair like this and wear it like this often with many complements.  I can also straighten it and wear it straight.  Question is...  I have a job interview tomorrow and for any other interviews that I have gone on, I make sure my hair is straight. It's along the same lines of me wearing pants so my tattoos don't show.   I think that it will be in inherent bias if I wear my afro.  WDYT?!?!
