Diarrhea with ODD color: due to milk or vaccines?

On Friday last week, we switched from formula to whole milk.  The same day, DD got 1 year shots: MMR, Chicken Pox, and Hepatitis.

The last few days, she's had soft poo...not full blown diarrhea, but not solid poo either.  I am unsure what to relate it to: the milk or the shots.  (Now it's leading to quite a bad diaper rash...our first ever.)

The only other evidence I have is that the color is light tan/gray putty color.

I've decided to cut out milk today until this clears up.  But just wondered if anyone else can correlate this color to either the milk or the shots.
