pregnancy medicaid

I am trying to find someone who has experience with pregnancy medicaid in NC. The health department gave me information for dentists and eye care providers that accept medicaid and they knew I was getting pregnancy medicaid. I am just trying to find out if the pregnancy medicaid covers eye exams and glasses? I called the number to one of the eye care providers and they did not know the answer to my question....go figure. Hopefully one of you ladies has the answer.
