I get really frustrated when I go shopping and see that healthier options are more expensive. I'm not talking about produce (thank you farmer's market!) but for example, yogurt. I can spend $1.89 for a 4 pack of Dannon Light & Fit or I can spend $4.00 on 4 Greek yogurts. I like to buy English muffins to help curb my bagel habit and Thomas' Multigrain are $1.00 MORE than their regular ones!
It's really frustrating when trying to stick to a shopping budget AND try to eat healthier. Any tips you can share?
