Baby items in yard sale

We are having a community yard sale this weekend.  I need to clear out baby baby gear and make room for his new toys and gear.  Any suggestions on clothing prices?  I am thinking of bundling and saying a bag of 10 onesies is $xx, etc. 

As far as gear, I am thinking of asking for roughly 40-50% of the new price.  Roughly what you would pay at a consignment store.  For example, the Baby Einstein Activity Center was $90 new.  I was thinking of asking for $40.  It is barely used.

Are my pricings reasonable or too far off the mark?  I live in a HCOL area is that matters.
