Puberty all over again...

Well, between crying buckets, pregnancy acne all over my chin, cheeks, forehead and on my chest, and sore breasts, I feel like I'm going through puberty all over again!

 I'm using a Clinique facial wash for oily skin and a prescription topical ointment for the acne.  It's what I always did during the PMS acne flareups, but nothing seems to be doing the trick to clear it up now.

What's everyone doing to keep their skin in check?  Is there any hope that this will even resolve?!  Hope you ladies are having better luck than I am.
