I think LO is constipated, please help!

Gavin's bowel movements are pretty regular, he goes at least two times a day. Well, the last dirty diaper I've changed was yesterday morning around 7am! He just woke up from his sleep in a crying fit, but I was able to calm him down.

I think he may be constipated. I fed him oatmeal for breakfast, and he had some apple juice to get his system going, nada. What else can I do to help him? TIA!
