Headache and dizzy spell together??

I am trying to decide if I should call my Dr or not?. I will be 15 weeks tomorrow and I have had a headache all day yesterday and so far today? I am chocking it up to the weather since it has been raining for the past few days.  But I was just standing talking to my boss in his office and I almost passed out.  I don?t want to call my Dr for every little thing and sound crazy.  Just curious if anyone else has had that happen.
