NBR: Those of you with allergies

So, I am getting tested for allergies in 2 weeks. I have to go 7 days with no antihistamines prior to testing. I have been taking these every day for YEARS. How the heck am I going to do this? Please, share some tips and advice if possible. Oh, and I tried the neti pot for the first time last night and was not too thrilled.
