What's for dinner this week?
- Monday: leftover pulled pork and broccoli slaw.
- Tuesday: roasted veggie paninis and salad
- Wednesday: chicken and veggie kabobs (that I never made over the weekend)
- Thursday: fish tacos w/ guacamole and black beans
- Friday: grilled ww pizzas w/ lots of veggies and goat cheese & lowfat mozz
- Saturday: steaks (I plan on getting some good grass fed cuts from a butcher at the farmers market) w/ a veggie
- Sunday: grilled pork tenderloin w/ homemade bbq sauce, sweet potato and a veggie
