Rash???

DS just developed a rash tonight. Its mainly above his penis and his belly and chest area. It doesn't look rough but when I touch it, its not smooth. He on the other hand seems as happy as can be and it doesn't appear to itch and has no fever. He had roseolla about 3-4 weeks ago and its similar to that, but he had a fever then.
