Sore joints?

SInce delivering my little guy, when I go down the stairs, I feel like my ankles are going to snap off from my legs and my knees feel so painful.  It's also hard to get up from sitting down, and at night they're so achy.  This is all compounded when I'm holding 22 pounds of baby boy! Has anyone experienced this? I've read that some women get onset arthritis from pregnancy. I'm hoping with time it will go away and that it's not a permanent change. I've lost all my pregnancy weight, so that can't be to be blame. I'm only 29, but I feel like an old woman!
