Anyone a member of The Parenting Center?

I joined today in an effort to a) get myself and DD1 out of the house on a regular basis so we don't both go insane and b) have something to do that is entertaining for her that involves AIR CONDITION (holy crap it was hot today!!) and c) get my get girl to be a little more social - she's pretty shy.  Oh and d) maybe make a friend for myself - but then I'm pretty shy too.  ha!

Anyone else a member?  I live in Kenner, but I plan to go out to the uptown location regularly - because, well, we suck at getting out of the house early enough to make the Metairie location.
