Need help with a menu for 11 month old LO...

DS is almost a year and we're still on 4 bottles a day with light meals in between of any of the following... apple sauce, blueberry wheat waffles, eggs, mac n cheese, green beans, gerber snacks, fruit, cereal, & various Happy Baby or Plum organic baby foods.  I'm having trouble getting him to like meat and am at a loss of what other types of foods to start feeding him.
