Where to have party?

Ok so I'm starting to plan DD's 1st birthday but I have no idea where to have it. I know most people have it at their house or at a park. I think it will be too hot to have it at a park in September but we live in a Townhouse so its kind of small. I don't plan on having a ton of people come but it will still probably get a little cramped. Although if we do have it here at our house there is a pool so people can go swimming if they want and we can BBQ if we want.

Where do you plan on having your LO's birthday party?
