How to stop hitting and biting

Hi All,

DS is almost 11 mos. He's been hitting for a few weeks now, mainly out of frustration. This week he started biting. At first he was only biting me and I thought it was more due to teething but yesterday he bit out of frustration. Temper temper!!

Any suggestions on how to stop it?
