stage 3 foods?

So whose not doing stage 3 foods? We're still on stage 2, but mainly because I can't tell a difference in the two (aside from the fact that stage 3 comes in a larger jar), and stage 2 are always on sale! Is it ok to not do stage 3? lo already eats pretty much what we eat, and his stage 2, but as he gets more teeth, my plan is to give him more of we eat.
