I'm thinking of getting someone a few times a week once the new baby comes...I think I want someone beyond a "mothers helper" at this point...

anyone use the above sites? what were their rates like? did you find someone? did you find these sites had people with the qualitites you wanted or were they sheer corral sites for anyone who wanted to post a profile?
