Best babyproofing tips

This got a grand total of 0 responses on 6-9, so I'm hoping someone here might have some tips? 

We are moving in a couple weeks so I have the benefit of setting things up from scratch, so I can baby proof from the start.  What are your best tips?  Any good sites or resources for this info?  I'm especially wondering about securing furniture, TVs, etc. because screwing stuff into the walls makes me sad for a new (to me)  house, so if I can fix it another way, I want to try )
